Day outing for friends
A day outing for friends at Rangmanch Farms is eight hours of activities and food on 20+ acres, 30 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway, with the group moving from the heights to the water to the field and back to the chaat counter. Each ticket covers all meals and 80+ activities, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, so there are no separate food or activity charges to split afterwards.
Below, the day is laid out in the order a group of friends tends to want it: adventure first, the water zone for the warmer hours, then the field and the indoor games for a little competition, with the food counters as the thread through it. The activities page lists every name in full, and the evening outing is the option for a night that carries on past dinner, with a Live DJ and non-vegetarian dishes.

What changes for this audience
Plan the day as a sequence: adventure while energy is high, the water zone in the warmer part of the afternoon, and games last. Arrive by 10 am as the farm recommends, so breakfast and the heights fit in before the chaat counter opens at 12. Agree who is doing which activity before splitting up, since the zones are far apart. Pack a spare set of clothes and, for the water zone, a costume. The evening outing replaces the daytime pace with street food, starters by 7 pm and lit activity zones.
The heights and the ropes
Start with the Adventure category: Sky Cycling, Sky Roller, Sky Skating, Zipline, Rappelling and Rock Climbing, then the Low Rope Courses and High Rope Courses, Tyre Wall Climbing, Commando Net, Wire Crossing, Zig Zag Crossing, Rope Ladder, the V Bridge Walk and the Mowgli Walk, among others. Staff are at every station, and the harnesses are fitted for you. Pick one or two to do together and treat the rest as a dare list.
Games, field and water
Competition suits a group of friends, and the farm has plenty: Tug of War, Archery, Darts, Ring Toss and Ball Toss in the Fun Zone; cricket on the pitch or the ground, plus football, volleyball, badminton and the Basketball tree; and Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey and Table Tennis indoors. For the Fun Zone's wilder side there are Bull Ride, Tora Tora, Meltdown, Water Zorbing and Body Zorbing Ball Fight. The water zone has the Swimming Pool, Rain Dance, Mud Bath and Tubewell Bath, and a costume and a change of clothes are needed.
Eating as a group
Food is the reason a group stops moving. Breakfast runs from 9:30 to 11:30 am, the snacks and chaat counter from 12 to 4 pm, and lunch from 1 to 3 pm. The counter is the group's natural meeting point, with Gol Gappe, Dahi Bhalle, Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Chole Bhature, Jalebi and Pizza, and the lunch buffet adds Rajma or Chole, Kadhi Pakoda, Noodles and Fried Rice. The whole menu is vegetarian; friends who want chicken or mutton should look at the evening outing instead.
Frequently asked questions
What activities can a group of friends do on a day outing?
The Adventure category has Sky Cycling, Sky Roller, Sky Skating, Zipline, Rappelling, Rock Climbing and the rope courses. The Fun Zone adds Bull Ride, Tora Tora, Meltdown and Archery, the water zone has the Swimming Pool and Rain Dance, and outdoor sports include cricket, football and volleyball. All 80+ activities are included in the ticket.
Are the adventure activities supervised?
Yes. Staff are posted at the adventure and water activities, and harnesses, safety gear and instruction come with them. Where an activity has an age gate, the guidance on who can take part is given on the day. A question about one particular activity can be sent to the team on WhatsApp before the visit.
What should friends wear to the farm?
Choose clothes that will survive water and mud. The water zone, which includes the Swimming Pool, Rain Dance and Mud Bath, needs a costume and a spare set of clothes. Pack a hat and sunscreen for the afternoon; the activity equipment itself is provided by the farm.
Can friends do this in the evening instead?
Yes. The evening outing runs from 4 pm to 10 pm with the activity zones lit after dark, street food from 4 pm, starters by 7 pm and dinner by 8 pm. A Live DJ is among the attractions, and non-vegetarian dishes are available and marked on the menu, which the day-outing menu does not offer.
