“I've organized school outings for 15 years. This is the first time students were quiet on the bus ride back — not because they were bored, but because they were completely exhausted. The supervision was excellent throughout.”

What Teachers and Coordinators Say
“Grade 6 students doing activities they'd never tried — rappelling, rock climbing, the Katputli show. Two children who are usually quite withdrawn had a visible breakthrough. Hard to replicate that in a classroom.”
“The Chulha Chowki was something our urban students had simply never seen. Making roti on a wood fire and eating it with fresh makkhan — that's the learning we can't deliver from a textbook.”

What Coordinators Ask First
Yes. Every adventure and water activity is run by a trained supervisor, with harnesses fitted and a safety briefing given before any student takes part. One coordinator is assigned per 35–40 students up to Class 8, so the group stays supervised from arrival to departure across the 20+ acre farm, 30 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway.
Rangmanch Farms is in Gurugram — about 25–35 minutes from Cyber City and the Golf Course Road school belt, and roughly 30 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway. School buses are welcome on site, and the drive stays within NCR so a day trip fits inside school hours.
Students get 80+ activities — adventure (zipline, sky cycling, rope courses, rock climbing), water zones, sports, and cultural experiences like the katputli puppet show and welcome dhol — all included, with no separate per-activity charges. Activities are grouped by age so younger children and senior students each get a suitable programme.
Yes. All meals are freshly cooked on the farm and included in the trip tariff, with vegetarian meals as standard and Jain or allergy-specific options on request. There are no hidden food charges on the day.
Yes. Rangmanch has on-site rooms, so a residential programme — an overnight stay, a bonfire evening, and a second day of activities — is possible, not just a single-day picnic. Share your group size and dates and a coordinator will build the itinerary around them.
Fill the enquiry form or WhatsApp us with your school name, group size, preferred date, and grade levels. A named coordinator responds within one business day with an age-appropriate itinerary and a per-student quote. GST invoicing is available for school bookings.
