Day outing for families
A day outing for a family at Rangmanch Farms runs from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on 20+ acres, 30 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway, with breakfast, snacks and chaat, and lunch all included. The eight hours are paced around those meals, so children, teenagers and grandparents can split up for the activities and regroup at the tables.
A Kids Zone keeps younger children in one area, while older ones can head for the zipline, Sky Cycling or the rope courses. Staff are at every adventure and water activity, and harnesses are provided. Tickets come in adult and child categories, children below 3 ft are complimentary, and the price is shown on this page.
Families who would rather not drive back the same evening can look at the staycation option, which adds a room and keeps the same all-inclusive structure.

What changes for this audience
Treat the meal windows as the fixed points of the day and let everything else move around them. Pack sunscreen and a hat for the afternoon, and keep the booking confirmation and a photo ID that matches the name on the booking ready on arrival. Activities with an age gate are staffed, so the choice of which ones suit each child can be made at the zone rather than in advance. Teenagers and grandparents will want different things, and the spread of zones allows for that.
Morning: arrive, eat, split up
Arriving by 10 am, as the farm advises, keeps the morning unhurried. Breakfast on the counter runs from 9:30 to 11:30 am and includes stuffed paranthas, pav bhaji, poori with aloo bhaji, and idli or vada with sambhar, so nobody sets out hungry. Agree a meeting point before the family disperses, because the zones are spread across 20+ acres. Younger children can start in the Kids Zone, where Kids Boating and the Swings sit beside the Kiddie Columbus Ride, the Kiddie Dolphin Ride and the Multi-Playstation, while teenagers take the high-energy end: Sky Cycling, Sky Roller, Zipline, Rappelling and Rock Climbing.
Midday: the tables are the meeting point
Meals do the work of keeping a family together. The snacks and chaat counter opens at 12 and runs until 4 pm, with gol gappe, jalebi, French fries and pizza, and lunch from 1 to 3 pm brings dal makhani, paneer, rajma or chole, noodles, fried rice and a salad counter. The menu is vegetarian. For grandparents, the seasonal Chulha Chowki serves makke ki roti and sarson ka saag from a wood fire when the season suits.
Afternoon: water, rides and a last round
After lunch, the water zone runs through the afternoon, with the Swimming Pool and the Rain Dance, and a change of clothes saves a damp ride home. The Camel Cart, Tractor Ride and Horse Ride are on the farm rides list, and the Magic Show and Katputli Dance are on the list for anyone who prefers to sit. Cricket, badminton and volleyball give the family a friendly contest on the field, and indoor games such as Carrom Board, Foosball and Air Hockey are an option if the afternoon turns tiring. The day ends at 5:30 pm.
