School annual picnic near Delhi

Rangmanch Farms in Gurugram hosts a school annual picnic for 50 to 1500 guests between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, with trained supervisors at every activity zone, harnesses fitted before every climb and freshly cooked vegetarian meals included in the programme. It is 30 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway, and 25 to 35 minutes from Cyber City.

Teachers weigh an annual picnic on supervision, food and timing, and the page follows that order. The adventure zones are staffed, water activities are supervised, and each child is assigned an activity suited to their age, within a farm perimeter that is secure. The kitchen is on site, and meals are vegetarian as standard, with Jain and allergy-specific options available on request. The timetable is planned around your school's schedule.

Price is a custom quote based on group size, date and programme; the next step is the school outing enquiry.

Supervision, zone by zone

A harness is fitted before every climb, and every adventure and water activity is staffed, with safety gear provided. That covers the Zipline, Rappelling, Rock Climbing and the rope courses, as well as the water zone's Swimming Pool, Rain Dance and Mud Bath, where a costume is mandatory and a spare set of clothes is worth packing. Activities are matched to age, so younger children and senior students follow different programmes. With 20+ acres to spread across, a school group moves in clusters from zone to zone instead of queueing as one crowd, and a named coordinator from the farm stays with the group all day.

What the children eat

Mealtimes are breakfast between 9:30 and 11:30 am, snacks and chaat between 12 and 4 pm, and lunch between 1 and 3 pm; everything is cooked on the farm and included in the programme. The menu is vegetarian as standard, and Jain or allergy-specific options can be arranged on request, so send the list of dietary needs with the enquiry. Tea, coffee, Butter Milk, Jaljeera and Lemon Water are available through the day. Food is part of the quote, with no separate food charges on the day.

Timing the day around the school

The farm's day outing runs 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and the programme is built around your school's schedule, so say when students need to leave and the plan works back from that. A sample sequence begins with a Tilak welcome and registration, moves through a briefing and group division, breakfast and adventure rotations, breaks for lunch, adds cultural activities such as the Magic Show and the Katputli Dance, and closes with free play and a headcount before departure. Timings in a sample are illustrative, and your coordinator fixes them with you.
