Employee family day near Delhi
Rangmanch Farms in Gurugram hosts an employee family day for 200 to 3000 guests between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, with a Kids Zone, shows, rides and sports spread across 20+ acres so that children, parents and grandparents each have somewhere to be. All meals are part of the programme and the farm is 30 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway, which keeps the journey manageable with young children and elders.
A family day is a different job from a team day: the audience runs from toddlers to grandparents, and the programme has to hold all of them at once. The farm splits the day into zones, so the little ones spend their time among the Swings, Kids Boating and the Multi-Playstation, teenagers head for the heights, and parents and elders settle at the lawns, the Magic Show and the Katputli Dance. Distance between the zones means a noisy cricket match does not follow a toddler to the swings.
Price depends on the headcount, the date and the catering, and it arrives as a custom quote after your enquiry on the corporate outing page.

Zones for every age
The Kids Zone has Swings, Kids Boating, the Kiddie Columbus Ride, the Kiddie Dolphin Ride and the Multi-Playstation. The Trampoline, the Illusion Room and the Camel Cart give children more to chase, while the Rabbitry, the Emu and the Mini Zoo suit a slower, curious walk. Adults and older children can take on the Zipline, Sky Cycling or the Cricket Ground; the Magic Show, the Katputli Dance and the Welcome Dhol are easy company for grandparents. Adventure activities are staffed, and age-appropriate guidance is given on the day, so parents do not have to guess which station suits which child.
Feeding a crowd
The meals follow the farm's day outing flow. Breakfast fills 9:30–11:30 am, a running chaat and snacks counter stays open 12–4 pm, and lunch is served 1–3 pm, with Butter Milk, Jaljeera, tea and coffee on offer all day. Spread across several hours and several counters, the food lets a large group eat over a long window rather than all at once. When the season calls for it, the Chulha Chowki adds makke ki roti and sarson ka saag cooked on a wood fire. Company menus are customised, so mention dietary needs, and any wish for non-vegetarian dishes, when you enquire.
Planning for scale
A group of 200 to 3000 needs planning that starts with arrival and departure, not just activities, so raise both in the first message. Say whether employees are coming alone or with family, since that mix decides how much of the day belongs to the Kids Zone. The Welcome Dhol and the Tilak Welcome mark the arrival, and a Live DJ and the Magic Show give the day some entertainment between activity rounds. A stage, PA and microphones can be added for an awards moment or a leadership address, at additional cost, with a coordinator on the ground to run the day.
Frequently asked questions
How many employees and family members can attend?
An employee family day is planned for 200 to 3000 guests. The 20+ acres hold activity zones far enough apart that the Kids Zone, the adventure stations and the sports grounds do not crowd one another, and meals are spread across several hours. State your expected headcount, including children, in the enquiry.
What is there for children and grandparents?
Children have the Kids Zone, with Swings, Kids Boating, the Kiddie Columbus Ride, the Kiddie Dolphin Ride and the Multi-Playstation, plus the Trampoline and the Camel Cart. Grandparents can settle in for the Magic Show and the Katputli Dance, or walk the Botanical Garden and the Fruit Orchard. Adventure activities are staffed, and age-appropriate guidance is given on the day.
Is lunch included, and what about dietary needs?
All meals are part of the programme: breakfast, a snacks and chaat counter, lunch and beverages through the day, with Butter Milk, Jaljeera, tea and coffee on offer. Menus for company events are customised, so list dietary requirements, and any wish for non-vegetarian dishes, when you enquire.
Can a family day run in the evening instead?
Yes. The evening format runs 4 pm to 10 pm, with street food from 4 pm, starters by 7 pm and dinner by 8 pm, and the activity zones are lit while they run. A day-plus-evening run from 9:30 am to 10 pm is also an option, and non-vegetarian starters are available.
