How to Plan a Corporate Dinner Outing for Your Team

Start after the workday ends, not instead of it

Pick a venue that isn't a restaurant

A private dining room solves the food problem and creates a new one: forty colleagues at assigned tables, making the same small talk they'd make in a conference room, just with better lighting. Open space works differently. Twenty-plus acres to walk, activity zones to disperse into, and a floodlit adventure setup running until half past eight means people aren't cornered into networking — they're doing something, and the conversation happens as a side effect.

How far is it, really

"Near Delhi" gets used loosely by a lot of venues, so here's the actual number: Rangmanch is 25–35 minutes from Cyber City, under 40 minutes from Golf Course Road and DLF Phase 1–4, and roughly 60–70 minutes from Connaught Place. Close enough that a 4 pm start doesn't turn into a 6 pm arrival because half the team got stuck on NH-48. Settle food requirements before the date, not after

The standard buffet across the farm is vegetarian; non-vegetarian menus are available for corporate and evening events on request, so raise dietary requirements — including any non-veg preference — when you're planning, not the week of. If your company needs a GST invoice for the booking, that's handled as part of the same conversation; share your billing details early and we'll raise it properly.

Who's actually running the evening
